It is housed in my bedroom for two reasons. The first is so that I can read something comforting if I cannot sleep and the second is that I was too embarrassed to admit I read these. A good tip is to arrange your books by colour rather than by author. It forms a very pleasing arrangement and helps you to change how you think. Some non-self help books have sneaked onto this bookcase but they are relaxing and unchallengeing.
